Finance Systems Analyst

SystemsAccountants are assisting a London based Property firm that is expanding its Yardi real estate platform in the UK and seeks a Systems Analyst to provide first-line support. Reporting to the Business Applications Services Manager, the analyst will support 150 users across the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities Manage user support and change requests via ServiceNow Document and gain approval for changes per audit standards Troubleshoot and resolve incidents; liaise with Yardi support Support system enhancements, including new modules, APIs, and SFTP integrations Recommend and implement process improvements using Yardi Voyager Oversee user management, access control, onboarding, and training Stay current on Yardi updates and promote best practices Core Competencies Experience in finance systems support Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset Effective communicator, adaptable, and self-motivated Proven client service and relationship management skills Desirable Experience Yardi or similar ERP Advanced Excel, Power Query, SQL ServiceNow, ITIL Accounting qualifications (part or full) The incumbent is required on site in London 3 days per week.
