Finance Systems Manager

Role Title: Finance Systems Manager (D365 F&O) Location: Hybrid - Wales Base Salary: £80-100,000 package SystemsAccountants are working with a leading organisation who are looking for a Finance Systems Manager to join the Finance Function supporting a global landscape for D365 F&O and their EPM stack. You'll focus on enhancing performance, implementing automation, and standardising global processes to reduce complexity and improve efficiency. Your impact: Lead a geographically diverse team Drive process improvements and manage system upgrades Translate business requirements into technical solutions Support data-driven decision making Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships across all levels Ensure data integrity and compliance Requirements: 5 years experience with D365 F&O configuration and implementation Microsoft Dynamics Finance certification Strong knowledge of financial modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management) Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, Power Platform (advantageous) EPM experience (Tagetik, OneStream, alike) Data management skills (SQL, Python, Power BI) Project management expertise Business analysis experience in complex organisations Degree or equivalent qualification Financial background (desirable) If this role is of interest please DM or email andrew@systemsaccountants.com.
