Following major Series B investment, they’re entering an exciting growth phase—and they’re on the lookout for a Director of Engineering to help scale their already impressive tech operation. What You’ll Be Doing Think less about business-as-usual leadership, and more about driving bold technical evolution. You’ll be heading up a 100 person engineering org, championing world-class engineering practices, and working alongside execs across product, sales, and growth. You’ll: Lead multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, architecture, and QA Help shape the technical direction and future of a high-impact platform Build high-performing teams and nurture engineering leadership from within Align engineering outcomes with product and commercial goals Keep quality, reliability, and security top of mind as the platform scales Embrace DevOps, infrastructure as code, and modern CI/CD pipelines Bring clarity and structure to complexity in a fast-paced, scaling business What You’ll Bring You’ve been here before. You’ve led from the front. You understand what it takes to drive engineering excellence at scale.
