[This role requires relocation to Dubai] Our boutique fashion apparel brand client seeks a highly experienced Global Head of ECommerce & Digital to lead and drive their global e-commerce business. This role is responsible for the full P&L management of the e-commerce operations in local and international markets, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership experience in e-commerce, digital strategy, UI/UX optimization, international expansion, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile fulfilment. Experience in Salesforce & Shopify is essential as is being comfortable pulling together dashboards and being able to track and analyse data themselves across e-commerce and digital performance. [via PowerBI, GA4 plus reporting tools within SF and Shopify] Key Requirements: 12 years of experience in e-commerce leadership, with a proven track record of managing P&L for an online business. Must have over 4 years of experience with the Fashion Apparel domain. Must have experience with Salesforce & Shopify. You should have worked with SF within the last 3 years. Must be comfortable to pull together dashboards and be able to track and analyse data themselves, across e-commerce and digital performance. [PowerBI, GA4, etc] Strong background in UI/UX optimization, conversion rate improvement, and digital transformation. Hands-on experience with digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer acquisition strategies. Knowledge of E-commerce best practices, omnichannel strategies, and DTC brand growth.
