Data Analyst

Data Analyst 50-60k Hybrid Work We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house data analyst team. They are seeking a business-oriented Data Analyst to join the Transformation Management Office. This role is focused on using data to drive informed business decisions and support key transformation initiatives, including a major integration programme. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys using data to solve real business problems and wants to play a meaningful role in organisational change. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and interpret data to support strategic decision-making and process improvement Deliver insights related to a large-scale business integration project Work closely with stakeholders across various business units Develop and present clear, actionable reports using Power BI or Python Contribute to the success of the Shared Services transformation workstream Requirements: Proficiency in Python or Power BI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex information in a business-friendly way Experience working in transformation or change programmes is an advantage Regretfully, due to a high volume of applicants, we are only able to reply to those who are successful.
