PMO Manager £60,000-75,000 Hybrid, flexible working I am partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house transformation office. This internal-facing section of the transformation team will be initially around 10-15. They are looking for a PMO Manager to join their 'Shared Services' workstream to internally support delivery including co-ordination, planning, control, reporting, analysis, and their insights as the business undergoes huge transformation. They are looking for a manager/senior manager with experience of handling senior stakeholders for board reporting purposes. Responsibilities: Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion. Gathering and analysing project data to identify its weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary risks/issues. Preparing project status reports for management review. Ensuring all project strategies are following company standards, as well as regulatory and/or legal requirements when applicable. Providing project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Coordinating with everyone across the team to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Providing financial tracking and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and project profitability analysis. Requirements: Consulting or change management experience Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, from conception, through to BAU In-depth knowledge of PMO activities Experience in board level management Familiarity with RAID management Bonus: Experience in energy/utilities/ telco Experience in a software business, in particular a SaaS B2B business, in an internal-facing improvement role Previous experience with PM planning and management tools, such as MS Project and Trello would be desirable Logistics: At least 3 days working from home a week A few days a month in Windsor A few days a month in Nottingham Benefits include pay reviews annually linked to performance, discretionary bonus, private healthcare, and gym membership.
