We have an exciting role for you as an Agent force and Data Cloud Specialist! The Role As an Agent force and Data Cloud Specialist, you will be a dynamic Senior Architect/Advisor leading AI-driven transformation projects. You will also work closely with clients to tailor Agentforce to their unique business needs. This role combines strategic consulting, technical expertise to deliver measurable outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities : Collaborating with clients to understand business goals, challenges, and operational processes. Designing AI-driven strategies to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and productivity using Agentforce. Leading the configuration and customization of Agentforce to meet client requirements. Serve as the point of contact for client leadership teams, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Conducting workshops, training, and presentations to drive user adoption and change management. Leverage analytics to uncover performance trends, recommend optimizations, and demonstrate ROI. Stay up to date on AI advancements to advise clients on emerging opportunities. Your Profile Key skills/knowledge/experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience in consulting, business transformation, or AI, technology implementation roles. Proven experience leading client engagements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: Experience in Salesforce Agentforce, AI platforms, data cloud, Snowflake etc. Experience with CRM platforms and AI technologies.
