Ability to create Match rules, profiles, data sources, calendars, approvals within the application. Ability to create custom ARCS reports in both Reconciliation compliance and Transaction Matching Modules. Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Development. Responsible for requirement gathering, designing and solutioning on ARCS. Experience of working directly with IT and Business stakeholders Interact with Business users to understand the requirements and convert them into Technical solution. Should have strong data analysis skills. Knowledge of Agile and tools like JIRA, Flex deploy. Should have good Communication skills and analytical skills. Should be able to work independently.
