Contract Manager (Part-time, 3 days per week, initially) My client is a high-growth health innovation company who are seeking a part-time Contract Manager to join their lean legal team. This role would work closely with the Operations Team and support the Chief Operating Officer, who would provide this person with a lot of autonomy. The role would suit someone who really knows their way around a contract, is proactive and willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in lots of areas. You will be someone who can influence and implement change in a small business and really partner with the COO put these changes into place to improve efficiencies. You will need to be able to hit the ground running. Key responsibilities Contract review – managing risk and ensuring contracts are in the best interests of the business Statements of Work, MSAs, standard rate cards, new client onboarding, NDAs, third party questionnaires, looking after contractors, pushing training through, etc. Negotiation level support – you will be a key point of contact in the business if anyone has a question. Due diligence Assisting with implementation of a CRM platform and improving efficiencies This is a great opportunity to get exposure and to take the lead in many areas. It is a role you could truly make your own. They are based in Central London and the hybrid working model requires 1-2 days in the office each week.
