Role: Software Engineer – CCaaS – Cloud Contact Center (Mid to Sr. level) - UK Location: Remote - England, UK Travel: up to 10% Position Type: Fulltime Navixus (Formerly Eventus Solutions Group) was named the 2024 winner of the Top Certified Implementation Partner by NICE! We are hiring a Software Engineer to join our team and support Cloud Contact Center platforms ( NICE Cxone ) . In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of Cloud technology for the Contact Center. You will be responsible for design and development of products, features, unit testing, code reviews and resolve bugs that are discovered in the QA process. You will work in both test and development production environments. You will work with other Software Engineers, Project Managers, and other team members. You will be responsible for mentoring others and helping with the onboarding process. Qualifications For Success: 5-8 or more years of IVR and ACD development experience 4 or more years of CXone (preferred), Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect or other platform experience (Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Genesys Cloud, or 8X8). CRM integration experience Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred Eventus Solutions Group, LLC, operating under the brand Navixus has successfully merged with its parent organization, Tech Mahindra.
