Product Designer / UX Designer Up to £90K Hybrid (Office is central London) Cannot offer sponsorship Having achieved a lot of initial traction with enterprise-level clients, a London based start-up is now looking to scale their platform further. They've hired a team of exited founders, specialist domain experts and SaaS unicorn founding team members and now need their final Seed-stage team hire: a Product Designer. The Role: Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders. Conduct user research. Develop user personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture. Stay current with UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes at varying levels of fidelity. Manage your design process, timelines, and deliverables within an Agile or similar development environment. Experience: 5 years experience in UX & product design. Designed complex applications & user flows from concept to launch. Led user research projects of various scope sizes, timelines and methodologies. Designed simple and intuitive user interfaces. Participated in and providing product leadership in agile development processes.
