Salesforce Architect – Agentforce Program | Global End User Location: Hybrid (UK or EU-based) Contract Competitive Day Rate Our client, a world-leading Global End User , is undertaking a major Salesforce transformation initiative and is in search of a Salesforce Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering their Agentforce vision across multiple regions. Role Highlights: Lead the architectural design and end-to-end delivery of the Agentforce Program , ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless agent experience on the Salesforce platform. Provide architectural governance, best practices, and technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and more). Translate business objectives into technical solutions that are secure, robust, and scalable. ✅ Requirements: Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect , preferably within global enterprise environments. Demonstrated success delivering a full Agentforce Program or equivalent large-scale agent enablement initiatives. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration patterns. Salesforce certifications (System Architect and/or Application Architect preferred; CTA a bonus). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
