Role: Salesforce Product Manager Salary: Up to £65,000 Location: Nottingham - 2/3 Days a Week I'm working with a high-growth, forward-thinking organisation that’s looking for a talented Salesforce Product Manager to take their CRM strategy to the next level. This is a company where digital transformation is a genuine priority and Salesforce is at the heart of how they scale, serve customers, and drive revenue. If you’re someone who blends technical skills with strong business acumen, and you're excited to own a Salesforce platform, this is the opportunity for you. You’ll act as the strategic product owner for Salesforce across the business, shaping the roadmap, leading key projects, and ensuring the platform evolves in lockstep with the company’s ambitious growth plans. You’ll be the bridge between commercial teams, technical teams, and senior stakeholders, bringing clarity, structure, and direction. Key Responsibilities Define and own the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and backlog Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions Prioritise initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and key stakeholders to deliver features Ensure Salesforce integrates seamlessly with other key tools and platforms Drive adoption and continuously improve user experience across the business What They're Looking For 3 years’ experience managing and owning a Salesforce platform Proven success delivering Salesforce initiatives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, and automation tools Excellent stakeholder management skills Comfortable balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business value Experience in an agile or fast-paced setting preferred What’s on Offer A pivotal role with real ownership and autonomy The chance to shape how a business uses Salesforce at scale A people-first culture, with a strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement Highly competitive salary, performance bonuses, and long-term incentives Hybrid working, flexible hours, and a collaborative team environment If the opportunity above sounds interesting to you or anyone you know don't hesitate to apply!
