Senior Manager

Senior Manager – Databricks Solutions, you will lead the delivery of Databricks projects across multiple industries. You will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, shape solution architectures, oversee delivery teams, and contribute to building our internal Databricks practice. This is a hybrid role blending delivery management, technical leadership, and business development. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end Databricks project delivery, including scoping, planning, architecture design, development oversight, and client presentations. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients; build trusted relationships and identify additional consulting opportunities. Solution Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective Databricks architectures and data pipelines, often integrated with Azure, AWS, or GCP environments. Practice Development: Help define best practices, reusable frameworks, internal assets, and accelerators around Databricks usage. Team Management: Mentor junior consultants and data engineers, lead small project teams, and help recruit top talent as we grow. Technical Delivery: Provide hands-on support with Databricks notebooks, Delta Lake, Spark optimization, MLflow integration, and related areas when necessary. Business Development Support: Partner with sales and leadership teams to support presales activities, including client pitches, proposals, and solution design.
