Salesforce Administrator (REMOTE)

TekStream is a seeking a permanent Salesforce Admin for remote opportunity (EST hours) with our Software Services clients. The Salesforce Lead will be responsible for designing, configuring, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications to meet the needs of our business. The role will serve as an in-house expert for all things Salesforce related, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CPQ. Salesforce Administration Manage, configure, code and otherwise enhance our Salesforce instance to meet the needs of the sales, service and marketing teams. Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, estimating effort and reporting status updates. Manage the communication and API running between Salesforce, NetSuite and our proprietary subscription management system. Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. Train and support users on Salesforce best practices and system functionalities. Implement and manage automation processes within Salesforce. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer / Administrator. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL. Salesforce data management and reporting experience Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I & II) is highly desirable.
