Description

Our client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their team. Candidates should have at least 1 year of IT experience and a CompTIA A+ certification. If you meet these requirements, please apply now.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Desktop & Printer support
  2. Workstation application support
  3. Server application support
  4. Line of business application support
  5. Contacting vendors/manufacturers on behalf of clients
  6. Creating and managing Exchange and Office 365 emails
  7. Creating and managing user accounts
  8. Setting up new PCs and workstations
  9. Assisting with managing MS Office 365 licensing
  10. Troubleshooting network connectivity and devices
  11. Troubleshooting specialty equipment including IO cameras and sensors
  12. Receiving shipments, updating sales order statuses, and scheduling as needed
  13. Providing onsite support as required
  14. Participating in weekly team meetings and other relevant meetings
  15. Documenting procedures and issues using company software

Pay and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range: $40,000 - $50,000
  • Full medical insurance (including HSA and FSA options)

  • Bonus eligibility after 90 days based on company performance

Workplace Location: This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis, MN.
