Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, help the Asset Maintenance Teams in successfully delivering the Minor Works element of our Fire Maintenance contract for TfL. The area of responsibility will cover works of various values up to approximately a3150k while also assisting the delivery of larger projects ranging up to a3500k. The role will require the undertaking of site visits, preparing documentation, planning and overseeing the delivery of the installation works, financial accountability and identifying additional opportunities This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely, while maintaining a presence in our Canning Town office 2 6 days per week. Please note e20 3 due to our contractual obligations with TfL, we are unable to consider any candidates who do not have experience working on Fire related projects. What Youe2809ll Do: Quote, plan, deliver and close out a range of Minor Works tasks across the TfL contract, and will be required to liaise regularly and effectively with all relevant stakeholders Prepare relevant documentation (quotes, WPPs, TBSs, O&M, Handover Documents) for Minor Works tasks Compiling and updating of information within databases, spreadsheets and Project Plans Working with colleagues and procurement to order materials and equipment for contract deliverables including the raising of Purchase Requisitions and receipting of Purchase Orders Active involvement in the collation of information required for Bid Tenders and recording Tender responses Assist in developing the Minor Works documentation to be efficient and comprehensive Who You Are: You are a results-driven Delivery Manager with proven experience delivering fire-related projects.
