BA Compliance Tech - London (Hybrid) - £600 inside (6 months) Purpose of role : Business Requirements capture and documentation - working collaboratively with compliance and Technology stakeholders. Organise and Lead on elicitation workshops – mitigating risks, unblocking issues & providing clarity for the development team. Creation & maintenance of other project artefacts including Process mapping, Data flow diagrams, Functional Spec, Technical Specs etc Change Co-ordination between Design, Development, Business and Product Owner QA strategy, Execution and help facilitate UAT execution & Signoffs Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Analyze business problems and identify opportunities for improvement Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders Conduct data analysis to support decision-making Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and propose solutions Support customer engagements and gather information for projects Prioritize and manage resolution of business issues Understand business operations, including people, processes, and technology Brainstorm and evaluate potential solutions to business challenges Recommend ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality Change Management: Support Technical Delivery Manager with IT Governance Support Technical Delivery manager identify & manage RAIDs timely and effectively Support Solution evaluation & design Quality Assessment Design Test strategy for small / medium changes independently Test script documentation and execution Support UAT & Signoffs Deployment Support IT Governance Implémentation support, Service transition & Trainings Required Skills and Experience: 10 years of experience in Financial Sector and Regulated organisation in Compliance (preferrable Corporate compliance technology / platforms) Deep and broad experience of developing technical data solutions in large or medium sized enterprises in a similar role Defining technical strategy and roadmaps for delivery in medium to large enterprises Strong knowledge of database systems, data modelling, and data integration technologies Strong plus if any past experience in MS PowerApps or MS Access Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Exceptional communication skills to explain concepts and solution designs to any stakeholders across the enterprise Collaborative and curious practices to develop strong well thought through solutions Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for process improvement and digital transformation Thorough understanding of IT controls and software development lifecycle Positive mindset to drive excellence and continual improvement in IT service delivery Effective corporate culture carrier, diversity and inclusion leader and sustainability champion Effective corporate culture carrier, diversity and inclusion leader and sustainability champion Qualification in Business Analysis (CBAP or Equivalent) How to Apply: Ready to take the next step in your career?
