In a full-time, entry-level Logistics role, you’ll: - Support British Army operations across the world - Organise essential supplies like food and ammunitions - Earn your HGV licence, foundation modern apprenticeship, and NVQ - Travel with your unit wherever they go – at home or overseas Logistics in the Army includes many roles, you could work as an ammunition technician, a driver communications specialist, a logistics or a supply specialist. Whichever route you take, you’ll work alongside your friends, and you’ll find a team where you can belong. To qualify, you must be between 16 years 6 months and 35 years 6 months and pass a basic fitness test. Set yourself up for life. You'll earn £26,334 a year from the start of your training, which will go up as you progress throughout your career. You’ll also receive 30 days’ annual leave every year (plus bank holidays and extra leave after operations), free medical and dental care, cheaper living costs, and free gym and sports facilities. And unless you're away on operations or training exercises, you'll normally work 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
