One of our high-growth e-commerce clients – a recognised name in the UK tech scene and repeatedly featured in Deloitte’s Fast 50 – is hiring a Product Owner to lead the strategy and growth of its in-house advertising platform. The Role This position is focused on driving revenue growth by increasing seller adoption and optimising the performance of their advertising solution. The successful candidate will own the product roadmap, identify opportunities for growth, and work cross-functionally with sales, data, engineering and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver on ambitious revenue targets Develop seller segmentation and onboarding strategies Shape and maintain a clear product roadmap Define and prioritise features based on business value and user impact Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery Use data to monitor performance, guide decisions, and report on ROI What They're Looking For 4 years’ experience in a Product Owner/Manager role with revenue responsibility Strong track record in product-led revenue growth Experience in advertising, marketplace or commission-based models Skilled in user segmentation, seller engagement and product optimisation Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments Nice to Have Technical background or familiarity with advertising algorithms (e.g. CPC/CPA models) What’s on Offer Salary up to £70,000 DOE Equity in a scaling business 25 days holiday bank holidays birthday off Employee Assistance Programme Perks and discount platform Career progression opportunities
