Are you an adept SharePoint developer who is comfortable communicating recommendations and solutions across a multifaceted organization? We are looking to add a dynamic new member to our five-person team-someone who is eager to increase his or her skill set and spread knowledge.
Our team members work in unique capacities while spanning skill sets to oversee all SharePoint administration and development, including but not limited to server/farm maintenance, technical support, end-user requirement mock-ups, project management, and business consulting and training.

Performing SharePoint central administration and management of site collections
Administering SharePoint farms and databases
Assisting SharePoint development staff with application architecture, design, implementation, and processes
Assisting with the establishment, documentation, and enforcement of SharePoint implementation and governance standards for the agency
Ensuring integrity and security of SharePoint data in accordance with Information Systems' security policy
Monitoring and analyzing SharePoint server and application performance using SharePoint features, PowerShell, and third-party tools
Performing day-to-day administration and maintenance for enterprise applications/platforms
Analyzing business requirements; assessing alternatives; and configuring and/or developing SharePoint 2013/2016/Microsoft Cloud web parts, pages, navigation, and security
Designing and developing user interface elements in SharePoint
Providing content management strategies for intranet and extranet websites on the SharePoint platform
Designing, developing, and customizing our Intranet, department sites, and team sites; developing and implementing master pages, vies, forms, templates, external lists, external content types, custom lists, web parts, master pages, and other custom components
Designing solutions based on established patterns and best practices around content management, user adoption, governance, and change management
Estimating work content and achieving planned timelines
Assessing business processes and suitability for solution implementation
Leading project discussions, providing recommendations, implementing solutions, and supporting end users
Providing technical advice and guidance to development staff on SharePoint 2013/2016/Microsoft Cloud features and functionality
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college and four years of experience working with the SharePoint platform
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft platforms (IIS, .NET, Web Services, SQL Server, Windows Server, Office 365, Azure)
Proficient in SharePoint 2013/2016/Microsoft Cloud, including both server-side and client-side experience
Experience with installation, maintenance, upgrade, replacement, integration, backup and recovery, security, and performance tuning of servers and component applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on a small, dynamic team that thrives on role sharing and providing indispensable customer service
MCSE/MCSD preferred
