We’re partnered with a leading technology global brand, and we're looking for a strategic and technically astute Customer Data Specialist to take full ownership of our customer data and platform ecosystem across Europe. We're looking for someone on immediate or short notice within 1 month This is a high-visibility role at the forefront of digital transformation, with a focus on data clean rooms, AI-driven automation, and customer activation technologies. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the roadmap, leading platform delivery, and enabling data collaboration that drives commercial outcomes across markets. What you’ll be responsible for: Platform Ownership – Lead the architecture and roadmap of strategic platforms, including data clean rooms and activation tools, ensuring they meet current and future business needs. Innovation & Delivery – Drive the implementation of new capabilities (AI, ML, automation), trial emerging tech, and optimise system performance across regions. Data Strategy – Define and execute a cohesive data and platform strategy to enhance customer engagement and drive incremental revenue through third-party collaborations. Cross-functional Leadership – Partner with European markets, global HQ, agencies, and vendors to deliver business-critical projects with strong ROI. Governance & Compliance – Ensure adherence to GDPR, e-privacy regulations, and maintain best-in-class data hygiene, consent, and usage frameworks. What we’re looking for: Proven experience leading customer data or marketing technology initiatives at a regional or global level. Technical expertise with data clean rooms (e.g. Infosum, Decentriq), marketing platforms (Adobe, Salesforce), and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Qlik). Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate data into actionable business insight. Excellent stakeholder management and virtual team leadership across complex matrix structures. Familiarity with data monetisation strategies and experience working with external partners such as retailers or telcos. Please apply if you're interested, and it sounds like the right role for you.
