Technical Support Analyst

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Support Analyst to join a leading Global technology brand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a genuine interest in business operations, process improvement, and delivering results. What you’ll be doing: Acting as the first point of contact for business user queries and system issues, with ownership from intake to resolution Coordinating daily operational support across multiple business functions, including sales, finance, and marketing Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement quick fixes, and escalate where needed Supporting data integrity, user acceptance testing (UAT), and reporting tasks Ensuring smooth communication flow and timely updates to stakeholders What we’re looking for: 1–2 years of experience in Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) Admin, or IT Support role.
