Program Manager - FMCG Contract

Location: London, UK or Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid/Remote Flexibility) Contract Type: Daily Rate Contract About the Role: We are seeking an experienced PMO Contractor to join a leading Global FMCG business to support the successful delivery of a portfolio of Customer-focussed transformation projects . This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced international environment, working with cross-functional teams across EMEA and globally. The ideal candidate will bring strong PMO governance expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to driving operational excellence across multiple programs. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a PMO or Program Management role, ideally within a global FMCG or consumer goods business. Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects in a complex, matrixed environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior business and technical audiences. Highly organised, delivery-focused, and adaptable to changing priorities. Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet or similar. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred. Preferred experience with leading customer service/support operations and related systems/process transformations.
