In this role our client is looking for a candidate that possess an ability to Drive the evolution of user experiences on their e-commerce platform, ensuring a delightful and intuitive journey for customers. Skills and Experience: * 3 years of experience in UX design specialising in CRO * Proficiency in user-centred design methodologies and the ability to translate user insights into compelling user experiences. * Strong visual design skills with a portfolio highlighting standout design projects. * Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., GA, Pendo, Hotjar) and an understanding of e-commerce user behaviour. * Experience with A/B testing concepts and an openness to collaborate with CRO specialists. * Agile workflow experience, focused on iterative design and collaboration within cross-functional teams. * Proficient in prototyping tools to visualise and communicate design concepts. * Comfortable working collaboratively across disciplines to optimise the customer experience.
