This is a full-time remote role for a Support Analyst at a Cyber Security Solutions Company. The Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer support, but will also be actively involved in ongoing projects. Soft Skills * Analytical Skills * Troubleshooting abilities * Customer Support or Customer Service experience * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work independently and remotely Technical Specialties Hands on industry experience in at least one of the following: * Linux * Microsoft Exchange * Entra / Azure * Cyber Security * Hosting & Infrastructure Demonstrable, industry experience of Python or PHP would be an advantage. Must be comfortable working remotely and willing to travel to our offices and customer locations
