Engagement Managers combine functional expertise, project management, and client relationship management to ensure the success of a Workday implementation. So you'll be driving adoption, training and maximizing the effective use of Workday during periods of significant change and transformation in the finance function. Since you'll have been in the Workday community for sometime you'll know the ambitions in the ERP/EPM market and with numerous multi-year programmes this is likely to be a long term engagement. What Experience You'll Need: A background in Workday Financials, you'll understand functionalities, best practices and have experience of training teams up to C-suite level in how to get the most out of the system. Experience in Finance Transformation in Consulting, SI or end user, with previous experience on Workday Financials implementations for large-scale transformation projects. Both a project manager and a storyteller - you'll lead the success of this implementation, driving user adoption, training, satisfaction and proficiency.
