IT Support Analyst Role Profile Reports to: Head of IT Location: Glasgow, office based Salary: Dependent on experience Hours: 42.5 hours per week (In accordance with a rota schedule) Role Overview Due to continuing expansion, we are looking to recruit a talented individual to work within our IT Support team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will work as a valued member of the IT Support team and support all aspects of the business such as stores, warehouses and office staff. You will also work on projects to facilitate technological improvements. Could you be who we are looking for? Do you have a technical aptitude and an interest in fixing technical problems? Are you someone with a logical mind and strong troubleshooting skills? Do you have experience in supporting Microsoft technologies in a busy commercial environment? Are you a team player? Are you proficient in working with hardware and software? Are you a confident communicator with the ability to influence both verbally and written? Do you have a demonstrated interest and experience in dealing with customers? Do you have strong organisational skills? What does a typical day sound like?
