Due to the rapid scale of growth, we are seeking a proactive and communicative Business Systems Manager who is ready to evolve with the company. Key Responsibilities of the Business Systems Manager: Own and maintain the core business systems, including NetSuite (ERP), Shopify (e commerce) and Sittoo (POS) Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Communicate with multiple third-party vendors for escalation of system issues. Essential Skills of the Business Systems Manager: Experience in Retail, B2C or Consumer Goods industries. Strong experience in supporting business systems and applications. Experience with NetSuite as an ERP system. This is a newly created role within the business where you will have full ownership of the systems and responsibility of addressing any issues. You will ensure the integration and pipelines are operating smoothly and acting as the bridge between the business and the third-party support teams.
