Due to the rapid scale of growth, we are seeking a proactive and communicative Business Systems Manager who is ready to evolve with the company. This is a brilliant opportunity to oversee core technology functions and ensure they run smoothly and evolve in support of the business. Key Responsibilities of the Business Systems Manager: Own and maintain the core business systems, including NetSuite (ERP), Shopify (e commerce), Sittoo (POS), Ometria (CRM), and associated tools. Oversee and manage the data integrations between systems, including our SQL-based reporting database and Microsoft Power BI dashboards. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Managing projects to improve existing systems start to finish. Essential Skills of the Business Systems Manager: 2 - 5 years experience in the retail space managing business systems. Strong experience managing ERP, e-commerce, CRM and POS systems, ideally NetSuite and Shopify. Confident working with SQL-based reporting tools and data flows.
