Infrastructure Engineer - M365 £60,000-£68,000 Bonus London – Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office We are representing a globally renowned brand who are looking for a Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing team. Operating in the media industry, this company are market leaders in what they do with an excellent reputation as a place of work. As an M365 Infrastructure Engineer, you will sit within the Digital Workplace team and operate as the Tech Owner for key Microsoft 365 products, primarily Exchange, Teams & SharePoint. You will be joining a team of four reporting into the Digital Workplace Manager. You will aid the support team and serve as a technical escalation point for any issues relating to M365 and its applications. You will also work proactively on projects and improvements to further expand the capability of the tools within the business. We are looking for: Good technical experience with the M365 suite – SharePoint, Exchange, Teams A background in technical support, technical infrastructure or systems administration (SysAdmin) Exposure to Modern Workplace or Digital Workplace teams Knowledge of email authentication mechanisms – SPF, DKIM and DMARC Experience in on-prem Exchange support (2016, 2019 etc.) It would be a bonus if you had: Experience in Exchange migration from on-prem to cloud Experience with OneDrive, InTune, Entra from the M365 suite This is a great chance to join a progressive, well-regarded business with an excellent reputation as a place to work.
