They're looking for a Service Transition Manager to join their team, here you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth handover of services into support, acting as the bridge between project delivery and operations. You’ll need strong experience in IT service transition or change delivery, ideally within a complex or outsourced environment. A solid understanding of ITIL and cloud-based services is essential.
