Senior IT Operations Manager Insurance Leeds (hybrid) Up to £85k Bonus TRIA are supporting an insurance client in their search for a Senior IT Operations Manager - a critical role responsible for overseeing Infrastructure, Applications, and IT Operations across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned IT leader to shape, mature and deliver a high-performing IT operations function. You'll lead both internal teams and third-party partners to ensure services are delivered efficiently, securely, and aligned with wider business strategy. What you’ll be doing: Leading end-to-end IT operations, spanning infrastructure, applications, service management, and supplier oversight. Embedding best practice frameworks such as ITIL, DevOps, and CIS. Driving continuous improvement across operational processes (incident, change and build). Overseeing service performance, reporting on KPIs, and ensuring governance and compliance. Working closely with senior stakeholders to align IT services with business priorities. What we’re looking for: Strong leadership background in IT operations within insurance or financial services. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and application support. Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and lead high performing in-house teams. A strategic mindset with hands-on capability when needed.
