Data Analyst

Truenorth is partnering with a leading healthcare company in London who are seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing Informatics team, with a hybrid working setup (2 days per week onsite). Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the organisation’s Informatics Strategy, with a strong focus on data standards, specifications, and alignment. Working alongside data analysts and a business analyst, you’ll help develop test procedures and ensure high data accuracy across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of the Informatics Strategy by focusing on data standards, specifications, and consistency. Collaborate with data and business analysts to develop test plans and validate data outputs. Engage with various departments to document data processes, specifications, and methodologies. Design and execute test scenarios to maintain data integrity. Track and follow up on action items to ensure completion. About You: Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven projects across varied stakeholders and systems. A proactive, delivery-focused self-starter who enjoys working in close-knit teams. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. Required Skills & Experience: Background in data quality projects within the healthcare industry. Proficient in SQL and able to write T-SQL queries. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent report writing skills. Experience with Power BI is desirable. Familiarity with process mapping tools like Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart is a plus. Please note: We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
