Agile Coach

Title: Agile Coach Contract: Until Dec 2025 Salary: Up tp £330 per day (Inside IR35) Type: Hybrid Location: Glasgow (candidates must be UK-based) Key Responsibilities: Champion and embed Scrum principles and Agile delivery frameworks to support high-velocity technology teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to align agile goals with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and risk policies. Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on best practices in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and delivery teams. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, supporting agile delivery across multiple domains and squads. Contribute to strategic planning, budget/resource management, and risk governance processes. Stay current with agile trends and promote a culture of learning and innovation. Must-Have Experience: Proven track record as an Agile Coach in an enterprise-scale environment. Hands-on experience implementing and scaling agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model). Strong facilitation skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. Clear understanding of change and transformation, risk governance, and agile control frameworks. Highly Desirable: Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe SPC, ICAgile, Certified Scrum Professional). Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead. Background in technical development or engineering highly advantageous.
