A global commodities trading firm in London is looking for a Python Tech Lead to join their Back Office Technology team — the engine room that ensures smooth post-trade operations, accurate reporting, and data consistency across the business. As Tech Lead, you’ll oversee a team of Python developers responsible for building and maintaining back office platforms and services. You’ll collaborate closely with operations, finance, and compliance teams to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable tools.
