Here's what we offer: 8% Employer Pension Contribution Private Medical (inc. dental optical) for you and your family £1,000 Annual Training Budget – your growth, your way Flexible/Remote Working Culture EV Salary Sacrifice Scheme 25 Days Annual Leave Bank Holidays Regular Team Socials & Events Cycle to Work Scheme & Life Assurance Key Responsibilities of the Site Reliability Engineer: Work closely with engineers and sysadmins to increase performance and reduce toil Advance system observability, monitoring and alerting Automate, troubleshoot, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate Improve development environments to meet delivery and quality targets Research and evaluate tools and platforms to support scale and efficiency Build deep knowledge across business and technical domains What We're Looking For Essentials: Infrastructure as Code expertise with tools like Terraform Config management with Ansible , Chef , or similar Docker/container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes , OpenShift ) CI/CD experience (e.g. Jenkins ) Monitoring tools like Grafana , Prometheus , or InfluxDB Event-driven architecture with RabbitMQ or other AMQP tools Strong Linux , scripting, and networking fundamentals Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda) Desirables: Coding in Java , Go , Python , or similar Familiarity with cross-domain security principles Previous work in service management or high-availability environments Experience building or using reliability metrics Security Matters Due to the nature of our work, any offer will be subject to passing security screening and eligibility for DV (Developed Vetting) clearance .
