The skills we seek We are looking for someone who is experienced managing software developers. Bring our learnings, battle scars and ideas to enrich our environment. You will need some technical know-how, having been an engineer yourself This is a large engineering team (1000 colleagues) and your team will be 8-15 strong. There are well established processes in place, with room for improvement of course.
