Now, we’re on the hunt for an Online Marketer to take our digital presence to the next level and help drive £1.8 million in online revenue. Your ideas will drive change * We’ve just launched a stunning new website - now we need people to find it! * Huge career potential - this role can grow into a Marketing Manager and beyond * Friendly, down-to-earth team culture that values autonomy, flexibility, and results * Open to hybrid and flexible working to attract the right person What You’ll Do * Own and execute digital marketing campaigns across PPC, email, and social * SEO is outsourced, however knowledge of, and a desire to learn is desired * Manage and optimise paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) * Analyse performance and user journeys to identify growth opportunities * Drive awareness, engagement, and online sales conversion * Collaborate on content (blogs, landing pages, social posts) * A/B test creatives and campaigns to continuously improve results * Report on campaign ROI and key KPIs using Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, etc. Requirements You’ll Need To Bring * 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience * Strong grasp of PPC, and paid social platforms * Confident using analytics tools to inform decisions * A creative, results-driven mindset and great communication skills * Energy, ideas, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Bonus Points For: * CRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp) * SEO experience * Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) * E-commerce or B2B experience Benefits What We Offer * Competitive salary starting from £35k/£40k * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * Profit-sharing bonus scheme * Hybrid working options * 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday * A friendly, collaborative team with big ambitions * Ongoing training and development * The chance to grow with us and shape your own future role Ready to build something brilliant?
