You’ll be joining a high-impact digital change initiative within a large-scale enterprise environment — helping shape solutions that support commercial operations and CRM systems. What You’ll Be Doing: Translate business requirements into functional outcomes and solution designs. Engage cross-functional teams including Sales, Commercial, and IT. Support the delivery of transformation programmers across CRM and sales platforms. Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver change at scale. What You’ll Bring: 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise projects. Background in commercial, CRM, or sales-related IT systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics). Excellent stakeholder management and business process documentation. Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid). Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and analytical thinking.
