Key responsibilities for the Performance Strategy Manager: Drive the end-to-end development of their strategic and financial plan, ensuring it’s clear, compliant and customer focused. Ensure the plan aligns with regulatory requirements, including UNC, Ofgem, and internal frameworks Support teams in creating robust, value-for-money investment cases. Review and refine planning processes to enhance clarity, efficiency, and impact year on year.
