Job Profile We are seeking a Dynamics Support Analyst to join our IT and Business Systems Operational team. You will support and maintain key business applications, including Dynamics 365 CRM and F&SCM , ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Provide 1st & 2nd line support for users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to third-party vendors. Manage support tickets, ensuring SLAs are met and user queries are resolved efficiently. Perform system administration, data management, and security maintenance . Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments, ensuring successful adoption of new features. Document support processes, create user guides, and deliver training to business users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and drive process improvements. Skills & Experience Experience in IT application support (1st, 2nd, and 3rd line). Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM & F&SCM . Familiarity with SQL, databases, and software development lifecycle . Experience working with third-party vendors for issue resolution. Ability to manage multiple system upgrades and deployments. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
