Leading eCommerce client now requires a HR Business Process Manager to support the process design and implementation phases of their new HR technology system. This role will focus on re-engineering the link between HR and their Systems Integration team, ensuring a seamless integration of their new HR technology. Key Requirements: Strong experience re-engineering and process designing/mapping HR systems. Oracle HCM experience Ideally Oracle Fusion. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage an array of stakeholders. Experience managing the design and implementation phase of HR systems. This is an initial 6-month contract role which provides a daily rate of £600 (Outside IR35). In terms of working structure, this role is hybrid with 2-3 days per week in our clients London office and the rest remote.
