Senior Pricing Analyst

We're Hiring: Principal Pricing Analyst (Remote) We're looking for a Principal Pricing Analyst with general Insurance industry knowledge, strong technical skills, and a passion for delivering actionable insights. You’ll be at the heart of our pricing strategy, using advanced analytics and optimisation techniques to influence key decisions and support our growth plans. What You’ll Do: Lead the development and deployment of predictive models (GLMs, GBMs) and pricing optimisation tools Champion the use of fair pricing principles and lifetime value modelling Leverage software such as WTW Radar and Emblem to build market-leading solutions Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and elevating the overall analytical capability Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to shape pricing strategy and support commercial goals Extract, manipulate and interpret large datasets to identify trends, issues and opportunities Continuously innovate and challenge existing methods to drive improvement What You Bring: Experience in general insurance pricing Hands-on expertise with statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g. GLM, GBM, Decision Trees, Neural Nets) Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, and preferably WTW Radar A degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Actuarial Science) Excellent communication skills.
