Join our team in Eaglescliffe, UK, and help drive cybersecurity excellence across operational technologies that power manufacturing and critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Work closely with shop floor personnel (operators, technicians, supervisors) to identify OT security risks and workflow gaps. Conduct comprehensive assessments of MES, SFMS, SCADA, PLCs, and other ICS systems. Analyze and improve network architecture, focusing on IT/OT segmentation and security. Evaluate the security of IoT sensors, automation platforms, and connected industrial devices. Develop and enforce OT cybersecurity policies aligned with standards such as NIST and IEC 62443 . Perform OT risk assessments and threat modeling to pinpoint and mitigate vulnerabilities. Support and maintain accurate OT asset inventories and documentation. Review firewalls, access controls, and intrusion detection systems for effectiveness. Participate in incident response planning, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts. Provide training and secure operations guidance to plant personnel and engineering staff. Qualifications Proven experience (5 years) in OT/ICS environments such as MES, SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and industrial protocols. Track record in conducting OT security audits or assessments in manufacturing or infrastructure settings. Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, IEC 62443, NERC CIP). Familiarity with network security tools (vulnerability scanners, packet analyzers, IDS/IPS). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications (e.g., GICSP, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443) are a strong advantage. Why Join Us?
