Key Responsibilities of the Senior Test Analyst: Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and scripts across multiple testing phases including functional, regression, integration, and accessibility. Manage and resolve defects, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes. Mentor junior Test Analysts, maintaining consistency and quality across all test activities. Present testing outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Utilise C# and Selenium for testing. Key Requirements of the Senior Test Analyst: Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and defect management processes. Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, scripting, and API testing tools. Experience with C# and Selenium. Previous experience in development of test plans, strategy, scripts and reports. Experience with leading and guiding a team of test analysts. Specialist knowledge of the software development and software testing life cycles Ability to manage senior stakeholders, and translate technical requirements to non-technical audiences.
