This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative team, working closely with technical leadership to help shape the product roadmap and develop impactful AI solutions. As the Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be responsible for scoping, designing, and developing machine learning systems, implementing suitable ML algorithms, and staying current with emerging trends and technologies in the field. You'll ideally have the following skills and experience: Expertise in prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models Experience with retrieval-augmented generation Strong background in dataset creation, model training, and development; broader ML knowledge (e.g. network design and optimisation) is a bonus Strong python skills Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines Experience developing RESTful APIs Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as pytest.
