The Senior Leadership team really understands the value of a high performing data and exams function and have embraced technology in order to deliver the best service possible. The ideal candidate can have either a funding/ compliance or a technical systems background (or both) however will crucially bring proven, strong leadership skills to a team of 7 direct reports (MIS) and 6 indirect reports (exams). You will be involved in strategic business planning and driving how the college use technology and data to support their staff and learners The client is especially interested in candidates looking to make a step up to strategic leadership, as well as candidates already doing so.
