Head of Insights & Reporting/Business Intelligence Location: Central London (hybrid - ideally 3-4 days a week in-office). Tech stack: PowerBI, Looker, Tableau. SQL or Python. NOT a low code/no code environment. Business: Pre-IPO Insurtech, 200% growth in 2024. UK & European offices. Role: Come and join a tech start-up entering scale mode after an impressive year of 200% growth, progressing from 4M of revenue in 2023 to 14M 2024 with projected growth of up to 30/40M over the next 18 months. This role is their first time hiring a Head of Insights & Reporting who will lead out the BI function across the business, leading their existing team of 3 business analysts. You will work directly with the C suite as well as all leading functions across the business, utilizing data insights to drive decision making. You will report into the COO (who is naturally data driven himself) and work closely with the CEO. Requirements: 8 years experience in BI, Analytics or Insights. With ideally 4 years leadership experience Proficiency in SQL with ideal experience in Python Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI or Looker Someone comfortable in a none low-code/no-code environment. Statistical analysis Strong storyteller who has experience working directly with senior executives and stakeholders influencing data-driven business decisions.
