Why join them? * Remote-first working from anywhere in the UK * £60K salary with room to grow * Private health insurance * 20 days holiday, increasing to 25 with tenure * A forward-thinking, genuinely supportive engineering team * High-profile clients and technically interesting environments What you’ll be doing as a Service Desk Engineer (3rd Line) * Be the go-to escalation point for advanced technical issues across the service desk, projects, and engineering * Own and resolve high-level issues, particularly in networking, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms * Investigate and lead on security incidents * Collaborate with Solutions Architects to deliver secure, high-performing infrastructure * Work closely with global teams while keeping the internal environment secure and optimised * Balance structured processes with initiative and ownership What they’re looking for * Strong Service Desk Engineer (3rd Line) experience in an MSP setting * Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint and identity tools like Okta * Deep networking understanding (CCNA or equivalent experience preferred) * Confident in DNS and firewall configuration and troubleshooting * A methodical and calm communicator who documents and prioritises well * Genuinely passionate about technology and mentoring others Bonus points for… * AWS experience * Linux admin skills * Exposure to VoIP systems or Sage back office * Hands-on server troubleshooting * Familiarity with network/platform monitoring tools This Service Desk Engineer (3rd Line) role offers more than just a job – it’s a chance to stretch your skills, contribute to complex and meaningful work, and be part of a team that values precision, quality, and curiosity.
